Our Story

Welcome to Atlas' Slice, where traditional brick oven craftsmanship meets modern culinary innovation. Every pizza tells a story, an experience; layered in quality ingredients, and community.


It was August 2024, on our family vacation to Destin, FL, and we were enjoying a nice evening out at a local NY Style Pizzeria. It brought back so many memories of pizza we love. The thinner crust, perfect amount of chew, crispy, but you can still fold the slice without it breaking. We decided then, to start the quest of bringing that pizza to Quincy.


It has been a heck of a ride up to this point and we are excited to share what we have come up with. Our focus has always been a perfect crust, tasty simple sauce, and a cheese with the perfect pull and flavor.
